Privacy

Payment is carried out securely via Paypal or BACS transfer. Your details will not be passed on to any 3rd parties. You will not receive any emails after your order has been completed unless you have signed up for the Madame B’s VIP list.

Deposit for bespoke orders

You will be invoiced for a 50% deposit to confirm your order. This deposit is non-refundable. Please see ‘Returns & Refunds’ below if there are any problems with your bespoke order.

 

Delivery

Items are sent via recorded delivery or international signed-for delivery and will require a signature on receipt to confirm that it has arrived safely. Please email info@mme-b-boutique.com to make alternative arrangements for delivery if you would prefer to use a different service, or to arrange to collect your order from me.

All customers will receive notification when an item has been shipped (usually within 1-3 working days of receipt of an order unless otherwise stated) with an estimated arrival time. If an item does not arrive within 30 days of this estimated time, please email info@mme-b-boutique.com.

Please note that items sent to some countries, such as the USA, may be subject to extra charges (e.g. customs fees or taxes), and these are not included in the listings price & postage cost.

 

Returns and Refunds

If there are any problems with the delivery of your item, or if it arrives in a damaged condition, please contact me as soon as possible. A refund of the cost of the item (excluding postage) may be provided if photographic evidence of damage can be shown, or a replacement item sent if preferred. Requests for refunds or returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order.

I am afraid it is not possible to return bespoke orders once they have been approved and shipped to you, but further adjustments can be made at additional cost. If your order is damaged or lost in the post, a partial refund (minus deposit & postage) may be given if photographic evidence of damage is provided. Please contact info@mme-b-boutique.com for details.
